It have been great to read your tips and notes for qualitative analysis. Thank you for taking the time off to do it. Could I ask you what are the sources of error that can occur during an energy change experiment? So far, heat loss to the surroundings seem to be the only source of error.

If you are not very familiar with the solubility and colour of precipitate of salts,
the best way is to draw a table and write down the possible reaction products 
with each of the reactants.
