The words “Orange to Green” and “Oxidizing Agent” have given us the thought
that Acidified Potassium Dichromate is the answer.

Acidified Potassium Dichromate is a common oxidizing agent which is used
commonly to test for the presence of reducing agent, whereby its colors changes
from orange [Cr2O7(2-)] to green [Cr3+].

    Cr2O7 (2-) + 14H+ + 6e- —> 2Cr3+ + 7H2O

    Cheers
    Sean
