Tips for Effective Learning – Part 1

Hi,

I did a random keywordsearch analysis?for this chemistry website www.SimpleChemConcepts.com to find the following keywords that?readers have searched in Yahoo or Google search engines, and have you landing in this Chemistry?Platform based in Singapore that discussed fundamental chemistry.

Based also on several emails sent to sean@simplechemconcepts.com, i have noticed that quite a number readers (parents and students especially) are requesting and searching?for Tips for Effective Learning.

From today onwards, i will be posting on?portions of articles that i have written and submitted to Article Directory EzineArticle.com on “Learning and Education”.

It is important to find effective learning strategies that will work for you. Different person have different ways of making their learning more effective.

Here are some common techniques that can be used as a reference to promote active and effective learning:

From a Textbook, Reference Book or Other Written Material:

? Read the material at an environment that you feel comfortable & can have total focus

? Pause after each paragraph to make sure you understand everything you have read

? Highlight the main ideas, either on a piece of paper, in the book, or in your mind

? Make short concise notes in your own words

? Read out loud and clear

Simple yet Effective Strategies that you can used to improve your learning abilities. It applies to me and many of the students that i have coached. This might work for you. Try it out!
